To ensure the quality of our work and the mutual well-being of our clients and our team, Mōmentum has certain policies in place. By hiring us to complete your work, you agree to these terms of service.
Service requests and inquiries Submitted service requests or general inquiries are responded to during our business hours (Tuesday to Friday 8 AM to 8 PM ET) within 24 hours.
Submitting a service request form is necessary to get an accurate quote based on the specific service required, the length and complexity of the work involved, as well as any supplementary upgrades selected.
Calendar and time estimates When we answer a service request, we also confirm our calendar and give you a time estimate for the work. This time estimate is only valid 48 hours from when you receive the quote, as we continuously receive new service requests. Payments The invoice for the work is payable at the start of the work, upon receipt of your invoice. This is because our team operates on a first come first serve basis and reserves time for your work over others clients'. The "turnaround time" and "urgency upgrade" countdown is only in effect once the invoice has been paid.
Accepted methods of payments are by e-transfers, credit card or PayPal. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
We reserve the right to cancel your service request if the invoice has not been fully paid.
If the invoice is paid and the work is completed, but you wish to upgrade to our annual membership, a credit towards your annual fee will be applied. In other words, your 1st service will retroactively be adjusted to the lower membership rate.
If the invoice is paid and the work is completed, but you wish to add a supplement for a second revision round, you will receive a separate invoice for that supplement. Payment will be due before the revision is undertaken.
Rejected payments or overdue invoices are subject to interest fees per month.
Membership renewals Annual memberships are valid for 1 year from the sign-up date (e.g., from February 1st 2019 to February 1st 2020). Members are reminded before their membership expires and are given the opportunity to renew at a loyalty rate.
Cancellations and refunds Due to the nature of our work, NO cancellations or refunds are possible. For any issues, please contact us within 10 days of the completed service date. We are committed to your satisfaction and your success.
Languages Responses to inquiries are provided in English or French. The expertise of the current team allows us to offer a subset of services in French. The team also has knowledge of Italian and Spanish. To inquire about work in languages other than English, please submit a general inquiry to be sure we can assist you.
